Your Payroll donates all profits to KDC

Your Payroll is part of Knowsley Disability Concern (KDC) a registered charity working to help disabled people and those living with long term conditions to have more choice, control and independence in their lives. Your payroll gives all its profits to support KDC and its services.
We work hard to minimise our overheads in order to maximise the amount of support we can give to the charity. But first and foremost we aim to deliver the highest possible standards of quality and service for you.

Helping people with learning disabilities

KDC works with adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism to improve their lives by helping them to speak up and be listened to; gain confidence and skills to live more independently; have friendships and relationships; and generally enjoy a full and purposeful life.
KDC runs projects developed and led by disabled people:
The BIG Group helps people enjoy life, support each other, tackle issues such as disability hate crime and have a say about local services.
The BIG Pathway programmes of learning and development help people learn the skills they need for life and improve their employment chances.
Managing my Money teaches people to understand the value of money, how to spend sensibly, save wisely and open operate their own bank account.

Putting people in control

KDC delivers advice, support and guidance on all aspects of direct payments for people to manage individual health and social care budgets. KDC helps people to plan their care, find personal assistants and advises on how to be a good employer. For people who need extra help to use direct payments, KDC offers a Managed Account Service to take care of all of the administration on their behalf.

Supporting independence

Our payroll service for individual employers was specifically established to help people use personal budgets to continue to live independently at home. Employing a personal assistant is a great alternative to council-arranged services, putting people in total control over who provides their care and support.
I think it's lovely that you're a local charity, as it helps with the community.
