Payroll runs are performed to process all gross to net calculations, including statutory and non-statutory payments, deductions and pension contributions. Real Time Information (FPS and EPS) submissions are run, tax code changes are actioned and national minimum wage increases are made – all automatically.
New starters, leavers and any other changes in the period, are processed in line with your instructions. You can submit variations in any format, including through secure pre-agreed templates.
Using the Government gateway, we register to act as your agent for HMRC purposes, including setting your company up as a new employer if necessary. PAYE and NIC returns are calculated to ensure you claim your full annual Employment Allowance entitlement.
Full auto enrolment compliance support is standard. This includes assessing employees and enrolling qualifying workers, dealing with opt-outs, opt-ins and pay-spikes. All the necessary communications with your staff are managed and we’ll provide you with a pension file to submit to your provider.
Payslips are produced and distributed directly to your employees via secure email or through secure access to the payroll portal. Employees can access payslip information securely on any device, at any time.
If you choose the BACS option, we’ll arrange for salary payments to be processed directly into your employees’ bank account, in line with pay dates.
